A Tondo Embalagens Ltda., atuando na produção de papelão ondulado, está comprometida com os requisitos da Cadeia de Custódia FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®), os quais compreendem o não envolvimento nas seguintes atividades:
Tondo Embalagens Ltda., operating in the production of corrugated cardboard, is committed to the requirements of the FSC® Chain of Custody (Forest Stewardship Council®), which include non-involvement in the following activities:
A. Exploração madeireira ilegal ou comércio ilegal de madeira ou produtos florestais.
Illegal logging or illegal trade in wood or forest products.
B. Violação de direitos tradicionais e direitos humanos em operações florestais.
Violation of traditional rights and human rights in forestry operations.
C. Destruição de altos valores de conservação em operações florestais.
Destruction of high conservation values in forestry operations.
D. Conversão substancial de florestas em plantações ou uso não florestal.
Substantial conversion of forests to plantations or non-forest use.
E. Introdução de organismos geneticamente modificados em operações florestais.
Introduction of genetically modified organisms in forestry operations.
F. Violação de quaisquer das convenções fundamentais da OIT, tal como definido na Declaração da OIT sobre os Princípios e Direitos Fundamentais no Trabalho.
Violation of any fundamental ILO conventions, as defined in the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
G. Adota e implementa políticas abrangentes aos requisitos essenciais de trabalho do FSC®.
Adopts and implements comprehensive policies to the essential work requirements of the FSC®.
